Aunque hayan pasado casi 30 años desde que el artista belga publicará el documental experimental Dial H-I-S-T-O-R-Y, parece que esta película retorna una y otra vez, más actual que nunca, llena de significados y convertida en un referente para muchos artistas visuales. Este documental muestra la historia del secuestro de aviones a lo largo del siglo XX, y cómo hemos sido testigos de estos secuestros a través de la televisión. Se trata de una pieza hecha a base de metraje tomado de los archivos de la televisión y noticiarios, con un cuidadoso montaje que se convierte en protagonista, quien marca los ritmos, los sucesos y el devenir de la película.
